As a parent, I'm not a SpongeBob fan. However, my son really wanted a watermelon flavored toothpaste. Brushing your teeth hasn't always been a smooth process, so I support anything that can ease the displeasure, be it a specific character or taste. My local store doesn't have watermelon toothpaste so I decided to try it for them when I saw it in SpongeBob instead of watermelon. The bottle is colorful and the pump works smoothly. To start the bottle I had to push it slightly off the bottom, which broke the protective seal. From that moment everything worked as it should. We've tried a few more stubborn toothpaste-in-paste bottles, so I think it's important to keep that in mind. The taste of watermelon is quite sweet, but most babies like it. My son loves the taste. I don't know if I consider it watermelon flavored, but I'm still not a huge fan of watermelon flavored stuff. But that's the opinion of grown-ups, not my little sons' tastes. The color is cloudy white, so definitely not a dye. With its funny appearance and sweet taste, this toothpaste helps brush little teeth.
