The software has been very easy for me to use since I've never used similar competitive intelligence tools before! It's super simple as well with lots of great features like comparing competitors' products against my own which makes it really helpful when trying to create new revenue streams or figure out how we can improve our business model/products/services. Some things could be improved such as making sure they work on more mobile devices (iPhones) but overall this tool should definitely help everyone looking into market research or even just researching their industry competitors. We are using this primarily for doing competitor analysis however its also helped us with determining what markets we need to target next after some changes within ours were implemented.
