Be prepared to make adjustments
The item is easy to assemble except for the wheels which obviously don't do a very good job in the quality control of this part. 3 out of 4 didn't fit because of the ring washer that was supposed to hold the wheels in place. Eventually I got the pucks all the way out and managed to attach the wheels, they could easily fall out but I never plan on getting my wheels off the ground so this works for me. I give them 3 because 3 out of 4 is not an indication that they have quality control. I hope they examine their products more closely.
