DO NOT BUY! We bought a chair and the seat was fantastic and comfortable, in fact it was one of the best chairs I have ever used. Ordered another chair a month later and the seat cushion is not the same inner foam/material but hard foam, but the seat of the first chair was a very soft and comfortable material. It also causes the seat to sit too high and the lumbar spine to be in the wrong place. Very disappointed only seems to be a bait and a switch. I work remotely and comfort is important. I even searched the internet to try and see if I could buy an alternative location but couldn't find any resources.
