Basically the cheapest way to trouble shoot lots of issues around the house requiring visual inspection in tight spaces. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to open a wall or locate/observe the layout of plumbing and ducting before remodeling. If your a DIY type, the camera head can easily be inserted in to a roller or ball to help it slide through bending pipes. Without something to guide the camera head, the end tends to get caught on rough surfaces or seams.
