The best thing about kangaroos is that it has so many options available which makes it easy for my clients to choose what they want their customers to receive as a reward. I like how you can set up different levels of incentives depending on the customer’s purchase amount or number of purchases in a certain time frame. It also helps me track who received an incentive since we have our own database setup. There are times when there are glitches where no points are earned but this happens rarely. We use Kangaroo Rewards to give out prizes such as gift cards and other items for all of my clientele.
