Kango provides great customer experience

The benefits are endless from employee engagement to retention. Also being able to track all of our marketing efforts through their platform makes it easy to see what works and doesn't work. There isn't anything that I dislike about kangaroo but maybe if you're looking at other programs they have some features you may want in order to get an edge over others. We use kangaroo as part of our overall marketing strategy along with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. It helps us…

Kangaroo Point offers excellent integration for sales force automation

I like that it has an easy way of creating custom campaigns, including multiple tiers within those programs. It also integrates well into Salesforce which makes tracking points easier than other third party companies available in our market place. The only con would be if you have too many options when setting up different campaigns; this can sometimes lead to confusion as to what tier or campaign someone belongs on. We are able to run several marketing promotions per year through kangaroos…

Great platform with great rewards: Kangaroo Rewards

The best thing about kangaroos is that it has so many options available which makes it easy for my clients to choose what they want their customers to receive as a reward. I like how you can set up different levels of incentives depending on the customer’s purchase amount or number of purchases in a certain time frame. It also helps me track who received an incentive since we have our own database setup. There are times when there are glitches where no points are earned but this happens…
