I like that it has an easy way of creating custom campaigns, including multiple tiers within those programs. It also integrates well into Salesforce which makes tracking points easier than other third party companies available in our market place. The only con would be if you have too many options when setting up different campaigns; this can sometimes lead to confusion as to what tier or campaign someone belongs on. We are able to run several marketing promotions per year through kangaroos point system and then track them using salsforce. This allows us to effectively target customers who we know will spend money at certain stores/websites that they frequent already.
