The grips don't attach and move as easily, but they don't come off as easily as the spring-loaded rubber connectors on other mounts. If your hand comes off the spring-loaded connector, there's a chance your glasses will fall off and hit the pavement. A scratched lens is the loss of glasses. The only thing I would add for extra comfort is more length. This would allow the grip to reach the front of your arm and be completely out of the way - otherwise it would hit your temple. Glasses and mounts that you don't feel or notice when you're wearing them are best.
