The product has allowed us in this area by creating new efficiencies across all aspects from data input/output through documentation control systems.The reporting side makes managing data easy to track trends which have given useful insights previously unavailable. It has helped us to reduce our turnaround time by more than 50%. The support team also provides excellent training sessions which helps me in managing my projects with ease. I like its user friendly interface as well as easy navigation through it. Sometimes there are some minor issues but they get fixed within few days or weeks itself without any complaint from customers side. We have been using this tool since last 4 years now we feel comfortable working on blue mountain software.
