Blue Mountain Software- an efficient solution for office document management

With our business moving to electronic recording we were looking at ways in to reduce paper waste as well increase automation and efficiency with how work was done prior. Great Software for Facilities Management / Engineering

The user interface has been very intuitive to navigate through from our first demo meeting with them until now when using it at multiple sites in different states across North America! I have only found 1 issue but its minor - sometimes there can be issues logging off or rebooting after being away while working remotely via VPN/DMZ connection which will cause some confusion if you are not aware this may happen since your browser session gets stuck waiting before reloading. Great customer service makes our day more efficient

I like how easy it was to use once we got used to using it! It took some time getting our staff trained but now they all seem very comfortable with working in this software as well as other aspects of their work lives. Sometimes when you are searching through something within the program or trying to input information there seems to be errors displayed which can make your job more difficult than necessary.
