Review on Blue Mountain RAM by Josue Porter

The user interface has been very intuitive to navigate through from our first demo meeting with them until now when using it at multiple sites in different states across North America! I have only found 1 issue but its minor - sometimes there can be issues logging off or rebooting after being away while working remotely via VPN/DMZ connection which will cause some confusion if you are not aware this may happen since your browser session gets stuck waiting before reloading.

Since we switched over all facilities were able use their software simultaneously without any problems as far as downtime due to outages etc goes!! I like how easy it was to setup with our current software/applications! The user interface could be improved in some areas but overall this product has been great so far!! It can monitor equipment as well run reports etc very efficiently when needed which helps us keep track over time easily without needing constant attention from someone else who would have their own agenda other than making sure things are running smoothly at all times.
