Review on Copper Compression Short Sleeve Men's Recovery T-Shirt: Optimal Support Fit for Active Men by Ryan Lindstrom

Used for pain relief so I can go to the gym now

I love this compression shirt. Just Ready loves the way it compresses and is longer than most compression shirts. Perfectly compresses the upper body, including the abdomen. the extra length does not creep into the waste line. I bought the XL and when I thought it was a mistake it doesn't look like it will fit my 110lb wife. I was in so much pain that I put it on anyway. For now I was happy with it, in just a few minutes I was able to move. I said OK it might work in a few hours, I liked the compression at the end. I've used Tommy before but it didn't compress the abdominal area. I wear them all day and take them off to sleep and I sleep better. I have back pain and stiffened tendons in my shoulder. I had some back relief the first day not having to use my stupid cane to walk and getting up from my chair. But the shoulder pain should stop. I don't know if compression or copper was the answer. But it works for me. 1 week later still slight back pain without shoulder pain. able to move better with less pain. Hopefully I can go to the gym now. Been using it for a month, bought 3 more. Less back pain, shoulder pain disappeared while wearing. However, when my shoulder hurts at night, the copper compression is put back on and the pain goes away. A month later I only had 1 spinal spasm and that was right after I put my shirt on. Which I use 3-5 times a day. I ordered shorts and now want more, although there is enough work for me to order 2 more Cons: I wish the sleeves were longer, they go up between the shoulder and bicep.

Pros
  • Keep your entire torso compressible with our ultra-comfortable copper-coated fabric that provides support while maintaining freedom of movement. This is extremely important as maintaining range of motion allows your muscles to keep working and getting stronger.
Cons
  • Legacy Model
