I bought it half a year ago and was looking forward to using it because of the good reviews. Having used it from the moment I received it I am disappointed and will look for something else. PROS: Rich aroma without using an additional filter, stainless steel instead of plastic, environmentally friendly when used without a paper filter. CONS: It clogs and wastes time at least 50% of the time. Even after daily brushing and hot soapy water and following the instructions, first dampen the floor with some water, wait 20 seconds for it to swell, and then slowly pour the hot water in a circular motion toward the outer edges. Filter clogged or dripping so slowly that the meager amount of coffee you get is no longer hot when your cup is 3/4 full. I even soaked it in 6% vinegar all day and night and then cleaned it to no avail. I wanted to like it, but it's more frustrating than it's worth - not the best way to start the day. Pass this.
