I use - or have used - my Laowa 65mm 2X macro lens on a daily basis in my work and although I'm very happy with the optics , the optics has a completely failed focus ring. It took me days to even get a response from Laowa, and then they just dodged requests for more "video" of the issue. A company genuinely interested in not only making the quality of their lenses stand out, but also honoring the warranty and providing exceptional customer service would have already provided me with a return label and offered to ship a replacement immediately. As it stands now I'm losing my daily income and honestly I'm wondering if it's really worth sticking with the Laowa brand and not a more reputable company.
