With my second set of 2, I had to exchange the first set. The lights are stunning in total darkness, but only for one or two uses. With both kits I have one or both threads are unusable after one use. When two are lucky. The return process is more tedious than usual. I don't have a printer, but since it has lithium batteries, you need to print the label yourself and print out the battery warning label in color. I figured I would just make a loss with this product instead of wasting time reprinting the label and sending it to UPS. I think it was cheap at least. It's a shame because for the minimal use I got out of them they were perfect.
