This is a totally unsuitable product. I made the mistake of ordering multiple rolls. The problem, as mentioned, is the glue. There is no disposable paper on the discs to cover the glue and keep them fresh - they are simply covered and then rolled up and packed in a pouch. Sanding perfectly flat surfaces allows the paper to stick to the sanding pad satisfactorily. However, if you have a flexible pad and use the blocking features by using the edge of the block or just part of its surface, the paper will easily detach from your machine - almost instantly. So this product is really just ok. for use on large, flat surfaces where you can maintain evenly distributed full contact pressure on the disc to help it adhere to the backing pad. Think carefully. I didn't work with furniture at all.
