Review on Tommy Hilfiger Mens Braided Black: The Ultimate Fashion Accessory for Modern Men by Victor Ahmed

This is (presumably) the same Tommy Hilfiger sold at my local department store (Macy's) where I previously bought the same belt.

However, the same TH belt sold by Revain appears to be made from a different quality of material than the same belt sold by Macy's. Can TH have two straps of different quality? It seems that the clothes in the outlets are not of the quality that are sold in big department stores?
