Tommy Hilfiger Mens Braided Black: The Ultimate Fashion Accessory for Modern Men Review

This is (presumably) the same Tommy Hilfiger sold at my local department store (Macy's) where I previously bought the same belt. However, the same TH belt sold by Revain appears to be made from a different quality of material than the same belt sold by Macy's. Can TH have two straps of different quality? It seems that the clothes in the outlets are not of the quality that are sold in big department stores?

I have always loved this style of belt, Coach was my first belt I bought in this style but it was a $200 belt, they no longer make this style of belt and it started to show its age after 15 years, but it was such a high quality belt. .When my wife bought me this one, I didn't like it because of the workmanship of the material, I thought it would start to age after the first wear. I've had the belt for a month now and one day it got soaked. The material used is very durable, it's worth it! looks

I was wondering why I wear Tommy Hilfiger straps so cheaply, I bought two of these, the first one as you can see in my picture started falling apart and tearing within the first few weeks, the second one is holding up better, but I don't wear it that often. As a Tommy Hilfiger I expected more quality but I think you get what you pay for.

I rate this belt low as it falls apart quickly. Individual leather straps are torn at the attachment point of the belt and destroy it. Not durable, inferior leather. Not recommended.

The belt is good and all, but for me it was disappointing. Where the strap gets stuck in the holes, the leather ripper lands in the freer hole. The only hole that didn't snap shut was that it didn't hold the pants. On most other leather belts, all of the leather is used to hold the latch. This one only uses a few, so it gets dropped. Bad design.

The material looks very cheap. I've been using this belt for less than 2 months and it's already falling apart. The braids on this belt feel very flimsy and as you fasten it over time it simply rips a hole in the center of the belt from the buckle that rests on the cheap stuff.

This is my husband's favorite belt. He wanted me to order him a new one because the first one was starting to tear like all woven belts. I would say it lasted about 4 years and in my opinion he could have gotten more out of the first one. I will probably order this belt every few years or so.

I was expecting a full leather belt, but it turned out that only the trim was real leather. The braid on the belt is faux leather, whatever it is.

Seriously, it's a plastic belt. Nicely made but still a plastic strap! Leather trim or similar, but who needs a plastic belt!

This belt was marked size 44. After trying it on, I measured the belt: FIFTY inches long! So I measured my old size 44 belt (from another manufacturer): Exactly 44 inches! I can't think of any reason why I would try to buy this brand again.

After half a dozen years of wearing this belt, where it's worn where it's fastened, I was pleased to find that Timmy Hilfinger is still making this belt. Everything in the new one looks the same as in the previous one. Seems pretty cheap.

The end of the belt did not go through the belt loop. Finally got him through. Used once and when I took it off I noticed that one of the braided ends was beginning to unravel. Cut this piece off so maybe I can use it a few more times. Totally dissatisfied with this product.

This type of belt can last for several years if never worn. However, with daily wear, "leather" strands begin to break after about three months. I have purchased several different brands of Revain woven belts. They all have the same failure mode and roughly the same speed. I just bought a replacement from Orvis and it's real leather and looks like it will last for years.

The braids next to the buckle and belt have fallen completely apart rendering the belt useless! Beware of bad craftsmanship!

My husband loves this type of belt as he can choose the hole he wants to use. It helps a lot if your weight fluctuates from time to time. It is very well made with high quality leather and metal buckle. The color goes with almost everything except black.

I'm a little disappointed, after just a year the edge of the strap has come loose and I'm changing the straps daily with four other straps. I would happily trade this strap if it were possible.

The product was delivered on 2/16/22 and today 4/11/22 the belt fell apart after several uses. Wow, can't believe the poor workmanship. I don't think I will buy Tommy Hilfiger products again!

I wore this belt twice before the braided leather on the belt buckle started to unravel. Not a durable product. I will say that it is very ascetic.

doesn't stretch, but in 1/2 inch increments it's not really necessary. It's only got a week so the durability rating will have to wait, but it looks well made. According to your 34 inch waist size, buy a 36 inch belt.

MY HUSBAND OFTEN NEEDS NEW BELTS WHETHER HE KNOWS IT OR NOT. THIS BELT IS VERY WELL MADE AND LOOKS VERY NICE. FIRST I ORDERED THE COLOR "SADDLE", AND HE ASKED ME TO ORDER BLACK ALSO. PACKING IS EXCELLENT, QUALITY 100% AND ARRIVED FAST. GREAT GIFT OR REPLACEMENT LIKE OURS.
