Waste of time for diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

Here's the thing, this device is a waste of time. Tech Support/Presales requested Vins for my three vehicles to confirm the ABS. Obediently I sent wine; They confirmed that ABS is supported. I've had my Rubicon 04 since it was new, this car has no ABS. Technical support played with me in a skirmish. I learned something, I assumed my jeep had ABS when it didn't. After unpacking, the device requires 30-45 minutes for vehicle-specific firmware updates and downloads. The device has a micro QR code that is almost impossible to scan with my phone. Seriously, there's nothing on the back of this device to make the QR code bigger. Then straight to in-app purchases I'm billed, that's misleading. I don't like it when they confuse what I'm chasing and what I've allowed is unclear. The first car I connect to is a 2004 Jeep. Wait again for more downloads to your device. I am now hitting the hour for the full face install. The device can't read vin, input it manually, the device with manually input vin can't read anything; no emissions, no ABS, no SRS; Nothing. What junk. My $20 Bluetooth with Torque Pro pops this thing out of the box, plugs it in and it works.
