Simply a great product. I travel a lot for business and it's great to know where my luggage is when I land. The block works very well. The block itself is thin and light. When I'm on the ground between connecting flights, I'm happy to confirm that my baggage has arrived. When I land at my destination, when I get off the plane, I make a trail, and then I see that my luggage has reached the destination city with me. This works very well. A few detailed points: 1) Battery - the battery lasts really long - 15 days or more. Excellent battery life. 2) A small point that is a bit strange - the switch must be in the "on" position to charge it (it will not charge if the switch is off) 3) Accuracy: the device uses GSM phone networks/ Tower. Triangulation (no GPS satellite) which reduces power consumption (which is great). So the accuracy is maybe 300-500 feet (which is absolutely good enough for my needs), but it doesn't have the GPS accuracy at satellite level (30 feet or so). For me, that's a great compromise. The price of the device is reasonable in my opinion, and the price of the service ($29/year for unlimited tracking) is also very reasonable. In general very satisfied. A+.
