I was able to use this with a charge controller to plug into my camper van's built-in solar port. The plug was about $10 and the charge controller was about $20. This is a great setup and MUCH cheaper than buying a solar panel from an RV dealer. This allows us to go on longer hikes without being connected to the grid. The tests I ran on this panel show that it is rated at full power. Some of the great features of this unit (and what made me choose it) are the cell phone charging plugs and battery backup which are great for camping use.
