Update After 7 months of buying this laptop. I needed to use my laptop and turned it on. But it did not work. I see the screen turned on. But otherwise nothing happens. I've been trying for a week, I also see that something has changed. Then I send an email to customer service. And it took me a while to get in touch. I went to the Avita Facebook page to find the correct email address. Then I received a box delivered by FedEx. But the shipping label was not emailed to me. It took another 3 days to receive it. Overall customer service is not good or efficient. The laptop was damaged so quickly. Today, May 16th, I don't have a laptop. I will wait 2 weeks to see what the problem is. Recommendation: Stick with a company that has been around for a long time and makes quality products. I bought this laptop in September 2019. I was looking for a device with some basic performance, I wanted a Lenovo but a bit pricey for me. Then I wanted HP and the selling price was also high so I kept looking and knew what spec I needed, at least i5 core or equivalent, at least 8GB RAM and 250GB SSD. Son. I found this diamond. I started googling the brand and all the specs and videos on YouTube and I like what it is. I gave AVITA CLARUS 14 a try and at first the battery was my only issue, but as I started using it more often it got better and it's fast enough to handle many tasks at the same time. In general, I give 5 starts. Cons Only 128GB but I have a minisd card to add extra storage.
