Update: After using this tablet for a few months I found it completely useless. Too many crevices to be cleaned effectively. It needs to be redesigned. The shovel is useless to Trey, the lid is useless, and the box is almost useless. A dirty litter box is a recipe for a sick cat. The box should be straight square with no creases or protrusions and it should be flat on the bottom. I can't say as I would recommend it to anyone if you just don't care about your cat and like having a dirty litter box. This one belongs in the bin because I need one that I can keep clean because I care about my cat's health. It might look good and have a lot of extras but when it comes down to it it's useless so I've changed my rating to just one star because that's all it deserves when so many ---- -- ----Okay, what can I say? In fact, this is the box that the letter is in. End of the story. Yes it works, it keeps trash. It has a few design flaws that could have made the dress a really good product. First of all, the great stuff it contains is absolutely useless. Takes up about a third of the box. It leaves so little space for the cat that at least my cats didn't want to use it. So I dropped it off and everything went fine. The second is the scoop that will be sent to you along with it. Don't rely on it because it will break the first few times you use it. The handle broke the first time I used it. Third, there are ribs on the bottom of the box, I believe they are there for extra strength, but as it is designed that way the shovel keeps getting stuck in the ribs when you try to empty the box. It should have a flat bottom so scooping is easy and not awkward. So what I have left is a box with a lid. I threw away a little. So now I have a box that me and cats can get to and it works great. Now is this a bad product? No, he does what he has to do. It could have been a much better product if they found a way to put the score on the outside and not cover much of the box. Also, don't forget that you can get a much better product for a dollar at Walmart than the one they send you for free, so take it off, you don't need it, you can do better. Let's keep in mind that this is a very inexpensive tray and it will not shine with gold stars. I deduct two stars for lack of design and since I only had the box to use, the lid is great and the scoop completely useless and I could do without it. So I gave it three stars but the product could have been a lot better if they had thought a bit more about the design.
