The bottom of the bowl doesn't have a smooth surface, for some reason it has partitions and edges that help urine and feces get stuck there and make it impossible to scrape them out . And for a "big" tablet, it's quite small compared to my previous tablet. This thing was nothing but a pain in the ass! Will not recommend or buy again.

I love this tray, it has a lot of space. Can fit 3 of my rabbits in. I removed the door because it was difficult for my rabbits to get used to. The only criticism is the cumbersome cleaning. Since one of my male rabbits isn't spayed yet, he sprays urine to mark his territory. After I washed the tray and dried it, there is a white spot where the urine was.

Waste of money! It was so cheaply made that the door ripped off its hinges when I unpacked it. Second, the size was MUCH smaller than expected even though I ordered a large. Also, while the grille sounds like a great paw-wiping idea in theory, it severely limits the size of a box that's already too small. I was concerned it was too small as some reviews complained but it is much larger than regular sized boxes. I have 16 pounds. The cat is as long and big as it is heavy. I had a previous issue where he accidentally pooped over the edge of the box because he was too big. This box is a bit longer, definitely deeper, it has a section to collect dirt from your cat's paws as it exits the box, and the lid (no door that doesn't work well) is quite high with a large entrance - perfect for a big cat. I *almost* love this tray, although my little cat loves it. We got it because our new pup found 'snacks' in his old (opened) box and this was clearly unacceptable. So I found this one, which was pretty cheap. It's a good size and fits my (small) adult cat well, although I'm not sure how well larger cats fit in it. Update: After using this tablet for a few months I found it completely useless. Too many crevices to be cleaned effectively. It needs to be redesigned. The shovel is useless to Trey, the lid is useless, and the box is almost useless. A dirty litter box is a recipe for a sick cat. The box should be straight square with no creases or protrusions and it should be flat on the bottom.
