I was a customer of iBaby and was very dissatisfied with the care I received and the quality of their products. The baby monitor I bought had a poor signal and frequently lost contact, making me apprehensive about my child's safety. I felt frustrated and unsupported as a customer after receiving unhelpful and dismissive answers from their customer service team when I reached out to them for assistance. As a whole, I would not advise other parents or consumers to use iBaby. There are plenty of other businesses out there that offer superior quality products and support for their customers, making theirs a poor investment.
