I bought this item as a gift for a friend. She was very happy about that. The product was exactly as described in the listing. It's made from a good material that should last a while, not tarnish, and shouldn't require any maintenance. The chain seems to be holding up well. It seems strong enough but not too thick to be a nuisance. That's right. Although we are very satisfied with this product, I have to say that this seller's customer service is even a thousand times better. I feel like the USPS is ruining my life every week. There was a delivery problem (not seller's fault) when the package was damaged and it never reached its destination. The salesman was there with everything and solved the problem like greased lightning. Excellent customer service and follow up to ensure I was completely happy with the transaction. If I buy more such items in the future, they take over my entire business.
