I tried six different Nivea shower gels for men to find my favourite. All of them are usually the same high-quality shower gel that effectively cleans and doesn't dry out the skin. This is a 3 in 1 version that can be used for body wash, shampoo and face wash. As for the body wash, it is just as good as other Nivea body washes and cleans the body without drying it out. As for shampoo and cleanser, do yourself a favor and buy a real shampoo and cleanser. Just because it can be used for that doesn't mean it has to be. My hair is a little less clean than normal shampoo. It worked well on my face, but again, it doesn't seem like a common substitute for a good face wash. I can see that it's ok in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use as a 3 in 1. As for the smell, it reminds me of the smell of a high school boys' locker room. It's a slightly intense and artificial scent, but it dissipates quickly so you don't have to smell like a teenager all day.
