I have a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I'm right-handed, so beating meat with traditional meat tenderizers is very painful for me. It was lucky! I ordered two so when I put the first in the meat I use the second to hold the first in place when I remove the first. Then I stick the second one all the way into the meat. Then I reverse the process, using the first one next to it to hold the meat back in place while I remove the second one. With so many forks in tenderizers, you only need to pierce the meat once in each area, rather than the traditional beating multiple times. Easy and painless! My torn rotator cuff thanks!
