Not sure about this purchase. The main reason I selected this splitter is it was advertised as being UL approved. However, I can find no UL tag on the bag or the item itself. So it's doubtful it ever underwent the rigorous UL testing. I did, however, check the fuse and it was 15A. Will probably return the item.Update - After posting this review, the seller contacted me within the day. The UL designation was supposed to be printed on the cable as (UL) Exxxxxxx where x is a 7 digit number. After exchanging pics showing my cable did not contain the numbers, he shipped me a new cable at no cost which does contain the UL designation. He stated that it was probably a printing problem. Had I not had the problem with the listing, I would have given this a 4 or 5 star rating.
