I like that it is easy to set up, you can easily add subdomains without having any web hosting experience or knowledge of servers/networking in general which makes this service very accessible for anyone who needs one! It does not have many features but what they do offer works well enough as long there are no issues with support (which has been great!).

If we need more advanced functionality such DNS settings would be nice because right now all our services rely heavily upon them being able fix certain problems when needed by clients quickly & efficiently using their dashboards available through API's etc.. Have had nothing bad about setting my domain names here so far- only good things from personal experiences thusfar!!
