It took me forever to decide on a size. I'm 6ft 1in and about 185lbs with longer arms and legs. I like clothes that are more form fitting and don't feel like I'm swimming in them. So I chose size XL based on other reviews about the item running small. Suitable for 83%. Five out of six things fit perfectly. Shorts, tights, short sleeve shirt and long sleeve shirt. The waist and sleeves are slightly short. It still looks nice and comfortable, but I bought this for outdoor cycling and don't want my outer layer to crawl down my back. All items appear to be fairly well made and all are comfortable. I've worn them for 3 or 4 trips and am now experimenting with different layers. It's a hell of a deal for the amount of items you get in the package.
