It looks like they mixed up the photo of the regular plug and the mini plug. I purchased based on a product photo that looks like a mini GPU fan header that I actually need to connect my NZXT Kraken X53 AIO and Kraken G12 to my EVGA GeForce 2080 Ti XC Ultra Gaming. I didn't bother looking for a mini GPU fan header because I didn't know it existed. When it arrived I was disappointed to see that it didn't connect the GPU board to a PWM fan or pump. Otherwise, this seems like the perfect solution. Update: you are not confused, the normal one came, and it seems that the mini plug is just too big. I added a fifth star as it was my mistake and it's a really good product just not what I need.
