Goods received quickly. There are no questions for the seller at all. This review is primarily about the product itself. After the replacement, the toilet works perfectly and no longer runs erratically to fill the tank. This is the second time I have had to replace dampers. Don't know if the lack of durability is due to local hard water or not. My local big store doesn't have them (although they do sell toilets) so I have to order them online. I recently installed a whole house filter/softener - hope this helps. My biggest disappointment is with the toilet itself, now I know I will most likely need to replace the dampers every 2 years. Despite being aftermarket valves, the OEM mufflers didn't last more than 18 months. Hope, of course, that they will drop in price in the future. I'm also not sure why they are sold in packs of 3. I only need 2
