. It has helped motivate me to push through liquids and the handle is very strong which makes it easy to carry. However, this did not last long. I only had this for 3 weeks when I suddenly couldn't get enough water through the straw because somehow air got in. I checked the straw and part of the silicone straw adapter used to attach it to the cap to see if there was a crack in it that was allowing air in to prevent priming. It wasn't like that. Somehow air gets in where the mouthpiece tips over because there is a gap in the seal between the mouthpiece and the cap rendering the bottle useless, even if you try to use it without a straw there is still not enough suction to break the to draw liquid into your mouth. So, I would like to say that this is an amazing and inexpensive water bottle for those who are struggling to get enough liquid, but unfortunately I got a lemon that didn't last long. Maybe it doesn't happen to everyone, but once you're burned, shy away from this company's products, especially if you order online. Sad but true.
