Edit: The company contacted me to say the label is a mistake and the cover is actually cotton. They suggested I do a burn test to make sure it burns like cotton and doesn't melt like microfiber. I tried it on the inside seam and it actually burns and doesn't melt. Their customer service is great and very helpful, they refunded my payment and told me to keep the duvet cover as an apology for their mistake. I am very happy with their dedication to fixing things and will buy from them again. I bought this item because I was looking for a cotton duvet cover. The description of the item clearly says it is cotton and one of the pictures on the listing even pretends to be organic cotton, but the labels on the item I received says it is microfiber , which I was trying to avoid. There is even an area where it was misprinted and there is a white stripe on the fabric.
