We work at a university and need to transfer items from building to building for events. We had a plastic cart that we used but things would fall or get blown off and sometimes it would take two people to use it to help keep things on the cart. We absolutely love this cart - keeps items contained and easily be used by one person. We love it!The only reason for 4 stars is two minor but annoying flaws - 1) when it's in the collapsed position for storage, the wheels don't lock so you can't just lean it up against a wall as it will fall and 2) it usually takes us several attempts to unlock the handle using the red release button. Maybe we're doing something wrong, but we've had several people try it and it usually takes 2-3 attempts before it gets released.
