I ordered 8 of these chairs for our dining room, and they arrived very quickly (3-4 business days). I was instantly impressed with the fit and finish of these chairs. Much better than expected for the price!They arrived four per box with the bases pre-assembled and the chair top separate. All you have to do is screw the base to the top with four screws, and you're done. The base is pretty thick steel that was sturdier than I expected, and the wood legs appear to be a pretty nice wood (red oak, maybe?). Packaging was great as well.We have only had them up and running for a couple of days, but so far given the quality, looks, and comfort, I have been very pleased with our purchase!
