So far so good with this headset. You need to put the mouthpiece in the right position for it to work optimally. It's really comfortable on your head, unlike some others that almost seem to be squeezing your head and giving you a headache. I have no complaints yet. Great reception on my end and people on the other end keep saying I'm loud and clear and don't say "WHAT?" I can't hear you, you could repeat. I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
