Cut in half at the training and behavior guides

My dogs tend to do whatever it takes to get out of the backyard when I let them out so it was really nice while it lasted what about a year lasted week and today if it somehow broke in half? I have no idea how this can happen, my dogs don't even weigh 100 pounds.
