I gave these earrings two stars because the back doesn't hold up and the earrings get lost. If we didn't lose the earrings I would give them a 5. The earrings are very cute and my daughter loves them so much so it's a shame when the backs that came with them keep falling off and she has now lost two pairs of earrings. Update 8/30/20 We contacted the company and they responded very quickly and gave us the option of a refund or sending more earrings. Get more earrings (complete new set). It was really a pleasure dealing with them!
