I purchased this product in May 2019 for my office. Worked well for 9 months. Then he stopped working. I think the problem lies in the larger of the two parts - the one with the battery. After getting a new battery which I thought wasn't the problem and repairing and troubleshooting, I still can't get the device to work. This product claims to have an 18 month warranty but I have no instructions on how to get a replacement. or return the money through the "guarantee". UPDATE: Support contacted me and solved the problem. This company has great customer service!
