UPDATE: So I didn't use the OSD function before because my all in one camera didn't have an OSD. I got a new camera with OSD and all cables connected. And suddenly all my problems with failover and loss of bindings were gone. It doesn't make sense to me either, but here it is. (NOTE: like many others, I'm still using the D8, not sure if that matters, but if it's broken.) There are a few adverts on Amazon for this. In both you'll find people complaining about the same problem: it randomly loses connection after about 30 seconds and falls out of the sky. And/or loses the bond entirely. Switching to D8 (the web's most popular update, although BetaFPV says it's not necessary) works for one of the two I bought but not the other.
