Review on 🧵 15628 Aleene's Stop-Fraying 2oz by Heather Shaw

You can also use Elmer's white glue; just as effective.

Aleens makes several formulas (glues). All I've used are good; this one, NOT. I was expecting it to be more like the Dritz Fray Check which is clear and applies easily to the raw edge of the fabric with no issues. Imagine using PVA glue on the cut edge. Now imagine having to smudge it with your finger because it comes out in drips. Come to think of it, Elmer's White Glue will work better than this stuff since Elmer's Glue comes out of the bottle in a controlled manner. This material claims to be a "permanent fabric adhesive". This appears to be true, although I haven't washed and dried it so I'm not sure!
