It's too thick and too much water gets on top of the cover
We had to cut this to fit. Not a big deal for us. The weight of the cover causes it to sink a bit, which allows water onto the top of the cover. Unfortunately this will have to heat or evaporate before the cover can heat the pool. It's thicker plastic as well. It's definitely more sturdy than our previous thinner cover, but doesn't keep the pool anywhere near as warm as our thinner one did (really, not sure if it heats it much at all with water on the cover).
- The cover is easy to install and remove, making it convenient for pool owners
- The cover may look unsightly on the pool
