Review on Greenworks CK24L1520 Brushless Kit with Included Batteries by Wes Thao

We bought a Greenworks impact wrench with two 2.0A batteries and a charger. However, we only received the instrument without these parts, although the product was clearly advertised at the time and on the Revain invoice. We filed a claim with Vendor #404675 (April 13) and wrote several messages, but we have not received any replies. We also tried to reach you by phone, but the waiting time is huge. We are from a Caribbean island and it will be very expensive to return the item. The tool looks nice and is compact and lightweight, but we couldn't use it as we don't have that accessory. We still hope to get the missing parts and provide a better update. Update (05/29/2021): Luckily we were able to get the missing parts. finally managed to successfully test the tool. We easily removed the nuts from our car's tires and ran other tests with the larger bolts. This tool is good looking, powerful, compact and lightweight. Highly recommended. Thank you GreenWorks.
