Joinkitch stainless steel kitchen tongs are the best tongs. Bought this set about 2 months ago. They are durable, strong and will not rust. This set includes a 12" and a 9" spatula. These tongs have become my favorite kitchen tool. The locking mechanism is excellent - pull the ring to lock and push down to unlock. They are very easy to open and close. The locking mechanism prevents the tongs from opening, allowing them to be stored in a drawer or bin to save space, or even hung on a hook if you prefer. Because the tongs are made of stainless steel, you can also use them for grilling or other hot items. Finally, the small tongs have a spatula end, making them handy for turning food - chicken, fish, meat, etc. Highly recommend this product!
