Blender Shaft Broken
I bought this on the recommendation of Cooks Illustrated. When I took it out of the closet today, various parts of the stock fell off and it's not clear how to put it back together (there are no screws, maybe the plastic part inside is broken). Even before it failed, it was difficult to clean (small space behind the blade). I've only used it about 10 times. Unfortunately, the return period has expired.
