Mix well in ice water. It has a very light mixed berry flavor with no aftertaste. Much better than other products I've bought and the packaging is great. I would recommend not trying to rip out the inner seal as this will allow moisture to seep into the product and it will stick and stick together. Cut off the inside of the seal as the outside edge acts as an airtight and moisture proof seal, keeping the product perfect until the end. I don't usually recommend anything, if everything is ok it's a great product!
