Review on TAI Mainframe by Paul Wilson
The team at Aon Hewitt worked hard to make sure that we were successful in our first release of Life Reinsurance Processing.
This is my third experience with them, they did a great job last year for our first class release of Life Reinsurance Processing (LRP) on our new mainframe. They understood the challenges and got us back on track within 3 days of going live. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They continue to help us when something comes up and get us back on track when the unexpected happens. We use LRP daily to run all our transactions and now we have plans to expand it to include all our other classes.
Pros
- Very good pricing, especially compared to others on the market.
- They do a great job at listening and understanding what your needs are before building out solutions.
- The people who work there are always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- It does not support everything, so if you have something specific that they don't offer they will try to find a solution for you.
- Their software isn't as powerful as some of the others.
